  • An operator is credited here only when independently verified against that company’s own site or materials — never assumed from a shared name (e.g. two facilities both containing “Sunrise” are not linked unless confirmed to be the same company). Coverage is therefore a floor, not a ceiling: real multi-location operators may exist that haven’t been verified yet.
  • Bed-share figures use each facility’s licensed capacity, not current vacancies, and are calculated against every licensed bed in the county — including facilities with no verified operator — so that number isn’t inflated by excluding the independent majority from the denominator.
